本用户规范适用于所有使用本应用的用户。使用本应用即视为您已阅读并同意本规范的全部内容。
1. 您承诺使用本应用时遵守中华人民共和国相关法律法规及其他相关规定。
2. 您不得利用本应用从事任何违反法律法规的行为。
1. 本应用是一款 App Store Connect 管理工具，旨在帮助开发者更高效地管理应用的元数据、截图与本地化内容，并生成应用商店截图模板。您应仅将本应用用于管理您自己拥有合法权限的应用。
2. 您不得将本应用用于任何非法或不道德的用途，包括但不限于：伪造文件、侵犯他人知识产权、未经授权管理他人应用等。
3. 本应用提供的截图模板、翻译等功能结果仅供参考，最终提交至 App Store 的内容由您自行审核并负责。
1. 您可以使用"通过 Apple 登录"或游客方式登录。App 解锁记录与设备标识保存在您设备的钥匙串中，请妥善保管您的设备。
2. 您在本应用中填入的 App Store Connect API 密钥由您自行创建并保管，其权限范围由您在 App Store Connect 中配置。因密钥保管不当或权限配置不当造成的损失由您自行承担。
1. 不得对本应用进行反向工程、反编译或反汇编。
2. 不得利用任何技术手段破坏、干扰或未经授权访问本应用及其相关组件。
3. 不得通过任何方式绕过本应用的槽位限制或内购机制。
对于违反本规范的用户，我们有权采取限制功能或终止服务等措施，且无需事先通知。因用户违规行为导致的一切后果由该用户自行承担。
1. 本应用通过 App Store Connect API 与 Apple 服务通信，因 Apple 服务变更、限制或不可用导致的功能异常，我们不承担相关责任。
2. 您通过本应用提交至 App Store Connect 的内容（元数据、截图等）是否符合 Apple 审核要求，由您自行负责，我们不保证提交结果。
3. 因设备性能、系统兼容性等不可抗力因素导致的服务中断或数据损失，我们不承担相关责任。
1. App 内的所有内容（代码、UI、模板设计等）版权均归开发者所有。
2. 您通过本应用创建、编辑的元数据与截图内容归您本人所有。
1. 本应用提供消耗型内购：模板槽位与应用解锁。购买成功后相应额度即时生效。
2. 模板槽位为账号级容量上限，删除模板可释放槽位；应用解锁为设备级，重装应用后保留，且不可转移至其他设备或账号。
您和我们（开发者）共同确认，本 EULA 仅在您与我们之间订立，与 Apple 无关，我们（而非 Apple）对本应用及其内容负全部责任。本 EULA 对本应用的使用规则不得与 Apple 媒体服务条款和条件（截至生效日期）相冲突，您确认已有机会审阅该条款。
我们授予您的本应用许可，仅为可在您拥有或控制的任何 Apple 品牌产品上使用的不可转让许可，并受 Apple 媒体服务条款和条件中规定的使用规则约束。
我们对本应用提供任何维护和支持服务负有全部责任，具体以本 EULA 规定或适用法律要求为准。您和我们共同确认，Apple 对本应用不负有任何维护和支持义务。
我们对本应用的产品保修（无论是明示还是法律暗示）负全部责任，但未被有效免责的部分除外。本 EULA 应规定，若本应用未能符合任何适用保修，您可通知 Apple，Apple 将向您退还本应用的购买价款；且在适用法律允许的最大范围内，Apple 对本应用不承担任何其他保修义务，因未能符合任何保修而引起的任何其他索赔、损失、责任、损害、成本或费用应由我们单独承担。
您和我们共同确认，由您（而非 Apple）负责处理您或任何第三方就本应用或您对本 app 的占有和使用提出的任何索赔，包括但不限于：(i) 产品责任索赔；(ii) 本应用未能符合任何适用法律或法规要求的任何索赔；(iii) 依据消费者保护、隐私或类似法律提出的索赔。本 EULA 不得将我们对您的责任限制超出适用法律允许的范围。
您和我们共同确认，若有第三方声称本应用或您对本应用的占有和使用侵犯其知识产权，将由我们（而非 Apple）单独负责调查、抗辩、和解和了结该等知识产权侵权索赔。
您陈述并保证：(i) 您不位于受美国政府禁运的国家，也不位于被美国政府列为"支持恐怖主义"的国家；(ii) 您未出现在美国政府的任何禁止或限制方名单上。
您在使用本应用时必须遵守适用的第三方协议条款，包括 Apple 媒体服务条款以及 App Store Connect 的使用条款。
您和我们共同确认并同意，Apple 及其子公司是本 EULA 的第三方受益人，且在您接受本 EULA 的条款和条件后，Apple 有权（并视为已接受该权利）作为第三方受益人对您执行本 EULA。
我们保留适时修订本规范的权利。修订后的规范将在本应用中公布，自公布之日起生效。

Welcome to StoreConnect (hereinafter referred to as "the App"). To maintain a good usage environment, please follow the rules below:
This user agreement applies to all users of the App. By using the App, you are deemed to have read and agreed to all the contents of this agreement.
1. You agree to comply with the relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and other applicable regulations when using this App.
2. You may not use this App to engage in any activities that violate laws or regulations.
1. This App is an App Store Connect management tool designed to help developers manage app metadata, screenshots, and localized content more efficiently, and to generate App Store screenshot templates. You shall use the App only to manage apps for which you hold legitimate rights.
2. You may not use this App for any illegal or unethical purposes, including but not limited to: forging documents, infringing on others' intellectual property rights, or managing others' apps without authorization.
3. Results produced by the App's screenshot templates, translation, and other features are for reference only. You are solely responsible for reviewing and submitting the final content to the App Store.
1. You may sign in with "Sign in with Apple" or as a guest. App unlock records and the device identifier are stored in your device's Keychain; please keep your device secure.
2. The App Store Connect API key you enter in the App is created and kept by you, and its permission scope is configured by you in App Store Connect. You are solely responsible for any loss caused by improper key custody or permission configuration.
1. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble this App.
2. You may not use any technical means to damage, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to this App or its components.
3. You may not bypass the App's slot limits or in-app purchase mechanisms by any means.
For users who violate this agreement, we reserve the right to take measures such as restricting functionality or terminating services, without prior notice. All consequences arising from a user's violations shall be borne by that user.
1. The App communicates with Apple services through the App Store Connect API. We are not liable for feature failures caused by changes, restrictions, or unavailability of Apple services.
2. Whether the content you submit to App Store Connect through the App (metadata, screenshots, etc.) meets Apple's review requirements is your sole responsibility; we do not guarantee submission outcomes.
3. We are not liable for service interruptions or data losses caused by force majeure factors such as device performance or system compatibility issues.
1. All content within the App (code, UI, template designs, etc.) is copyrighted by the developer.
2. Metadata and screenshot content you create or edit through the App belongs to you.
1. The App offers consumable in-app purchases: template slots and app unlocks. The corresponding quota takes effect immediately upon a successful purchase.
2. A template slot is an account-level capacity limit; deleting a template frees up a slot. An app unlock is device-level, is retained after reinstalling the App, and cannot be transferred to other devices or accounts.
You and we (the developer) jointly confirm that this EULA is entered into solely between you and us, and does not involve Apple. We (rather than Apple) are solely responsible for this App and its content. The usage rules in this EULA shall not conflict with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions (as of the effective date), and you confirm that you have had the opportunity to review those terms.
The license we grant you for this App is a non-transferable license that may be used on any Apple-branded product owned or controlled by you, and is subject to the usage rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
We are solely responsible for any maintenance and support services for this App, as specified in this EULA or as required by applicable law. You and we jointly confirm that Apple has no maintenance or support obligations for this App.
We are solely responsible for any product warranties for this App (whether express or implied by law), except for those parts not effectively disclaimed. This EULA shall provide that if this App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price of this App to you; and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple has no other warranty obligations for this App, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from failure to conform to any warranty shall be borne solely by us.
You and we jointly confirm that you (not Apple) are responsible for handling any claims brought by you or any third party regarding this App or your possession and use of this App, including but not limited to: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claims that this App fails to meet any applicable legal or regulatory requirements; (iii) claims under consumer protection, privacy, or similar laws. This EULA does not limit our liability to you beyond the scope permitted by applicable law.
You and we jointly confirm that if a third party alleges that this App or your possession and use of this App infringes its intellectual property rights, we (not Apple) shall be solely responsible for investigating, defending, settling, and resolving such intellectual property infringement claims.
You represent and warrant that: (i) you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo, nor in a country designated by the U.S. government as a "state sponsor of terrorism"; (ii) you are not on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
You must comply with applicable third-party agreement terms when using this App, including the Apple Media Services Terms and the App Store Connect terms of use.
You and we jointly acknowledge and agree that Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA, and upon your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this EULA, Apple has the right (and is deemed to have accepted that right) to enforce this EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary.
We reserve the right to revise this agreement from time to time. The revised agreement will be published in this App and will take effect on the date of publication.
